Clinical Research Of Gu Ke Xiao Zhong Zhi Tong Jiu On Treating Local Edema And Pain In Closed Lower Leg Fracture

Objective:limb edema and pain after trauma is one of the problems that must be solved.The objective of this research is starting from the chinese and western medicine understanding of the limb edema and pain,according to the traditional chinese medicine theory,using Hou xue hua yu,Xing qi li shui medicine,applying external therapy to treating limb edema and pain after trauma,observing the therapeutic effects.Methods:divide the collecting cases of leg fracture edema and pain into two parts randomly,efficient case treatment group 35 cases,control group34 cases,in the ways of age,gender,fracture type,position,basic value of crus circumference,tested by statistics,not significant difference.Two groups of patients given conventional therapy,treatment group using Gu Ke Xiao Zhong Zhi Tong Jiu for external treatment.Record and compare the developing degrees of the limb swelling,vanishing rate,requiring time for stopped using analgesic,cases of large-area tension bullae and the cases of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome,etc.And obserbing the index of d-direct C-reactive protein,cases.Result:1:in the aspect of controlling of the swelling development, treatment group is distinctly superior to control group.2:in the aspect of deswelling rate,treatment group is superior to control group.3:in the aspect of controlling pain degree,shorten the applying time of the anodyne, treatment group is distinctly superior to control group.4:in the aspect of controlling the large-area tension bullae incidence,treatment group is superior to control group.Conclusion:using the orthopedic detumescence analgesic Liquor on the routine treatment,could control the he developing degrees of the limb swelling,shorten the reduction of swelling,shorten the applying time of the anodyne,controlling the tension bullae incidence more effectively...
