| Objective:Clinical comparative tudy revealed the mechanism of electric triple acupuncture therapy for spinal cord injury.It provides an objective basis for clinical use of electric acupuncture therapy to treat spinal cord injury,improve nerve function and quality of life.Methods:48 cases of SCI patients were randomly divided into a 1:1 acupuncture group(24 cases) and Western medicine control group(24 cases).Acupuncture group picks makes even punctures the galvanoacupuncture, the control group only uses the conventional western medicine treatment.Treats 3 months later,observation and determination of some of its efficacy in patients with sornatosensory evoked potential(SEP) changes.Conclusion:Based on "international function,disabled and health classification application instruction" curative effect graduation,the treatment group resumes and the nerve electric potential promotion in the nerve function surpasses the control group,between the two difference remarkable(P＜0.05).electric triple puncture therapy can significantly reduce secondary spinal cord injury in the early pathological damage,and can effectively promote the function of the central nervous system. |
