Needle-Knife Treatment Of Traumatic Elbow Stiffness Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate the elbow joint release with the needle-knife therapy for the treatment of traumatic elbow stiffness compared the clinical efficacy to explore the needle-knife therapy and elbow release for the treatment of traumatic elbow stiffness observed in the early effect and long-term efficacy of needle-knife lysis therapy with elbow comparative advantages and disadvantages. Method in accordance with the strict diagnostic criteria to choose 66 cases of 66 patients with elbow to elbow stiffness subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group using needle-knife therapy combined with rehabilitation training,the control group were combined with the use of joint rehabilitation lysis. Stiffness of the elbow joint symptoms,function,range of flexion and extension,flexion contracture,extension contracture,pronation, supination,such as clinical symptoms and signs to quantify and efficacy evaluation as to carry out statistical analysis.Results:1, treatment of traumatic elbow stiffness effect observed in the early release of the elbow joint is superior to needle-knife therapy;2, treatment of traumatic elbow stiffness observed in the long-term efficacy of needle-knife therapy is superior to lysis elbow. Conclusion In the long-term efficacy of needle-knife therapy is to observe the treatment of traumatic elbow stiffness simple,effective method.
