The Experimental Study On Effect Of Eliminating Blood Stasis To Promote Regeneration Of Blood On Pregnancy Decidua Cell Apoptosis Of Rat After Medical Abortion

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sheng hua zhi xue yin from Eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood on rats pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis after drug-induced abortion.Method.to divide 40 pregnancy rats into normal control group,moderal control group,control group of Chinese medicine,groups of treatment.By this animal experimental,in method of in situ hybridization and the immunohistochemical we get that shenghuazhixueyin makes impression to progesterone receptor,fas/FasL in rats pregnancy decidua after medical abortion,detect the apoptosis' happen and the apoptosis cell's areal density by the way of TUNEL,in order to investigate the effect of Sheng hua zhi xue yin in prevents and cures bleeding after medical abortion,moderal group is pregnancy rats without medical abortion,moderal group only given Mifepristone and Misoprostol;control group of Chinese medicine given Mifepristone and Misoprostol while given Chinese medicine YiMuCao,groups of treatment is given Mifepristone and Misoprostol while given Chinese medicine shenghuazhixueying.Results:We applies advanced method of in situ hybridization.detect the apoptosis' happen and the apoptosis cell's areal density by the way of TUNEL,observe the morpholog under Electron Microscope.The result indicates that Shenghuazhixueyincan decrease PR mRNA,and Shenghua zhixueyin can raise fas/FasL mRNA,by the medical image analysis and statistical examination,the difference between shenghua zhixueyin group and model group has significant effect(p＜0.05),the difference between shenghuazhixueyin group and control group of Chinese has significant effect (p＜0.05),the curative effect of Sheng hua zhi xue yin surpass the effect of control group of Chinese.can promote the pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis obviously and accelerate the endometrium regeneration under Electron Microscope. Conclusion:Sheng hua zhi xue yin from Eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood can promote the pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis obviously and accelerate the endometrium regeneration.This provides scientific gift that we apply Shenghuazhixueyin in clinic:1.Sheng hua zhi xue yin from Eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood can decreasePR mRNA,in order to raise Fas/FasL mRNA sothat promote deciduas cells apoptosis.2.Sheng hua zhi xue yin can promote the pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis obviously by the way of TUNEL,and accelerate the endometrium regeneration under Electron Microscope. 3.Sheng hua zhi xue yin from Eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood can promote the pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis obviously and accelerate the endometrium regeneration so that stop bleeding quickly.
