Experimental Studies On Formula Xie Xin Decoction By Semi-Bionic Extraction

Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of the Xie Xin Decoction by semi-bionic extraction and further verifying the correctness and practicality of semi-bionic extraction (SBE).Method: First, optimize the best extraction conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Xie Xin Decoction with rheum emodin,chrysophanic, baicalin, Berberine, the total integral area by HPLC, dried extract weight as the indexes. Then, with the indexes mentioned above, optimize the best combination and the alcohol precipitation concentration. Subsequently, optimize the best concentration of the alcohol extraction for Xie Xin Decoction while the other extraction conditions were the same as the semi-bionic extraction. According to the former conditions, the five kinds of extract methods, including the semi-bionic extraction (SBE), the water extraction (WE), the semi-bionic extraction by precipitation with alcohol (SBAE).Result:The technological conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Xie Xin Decoction is pH in turn:2.00,6.50,9.00; Time:140min, 70min, 35min.The mixture is the better combination mode. The sequenceof total index Y value of the five extraction technology is:YSBE> YAE >YSBAE>YAE >YWAE.Conclusion: SBE method is the best among the five methods in the extraction of components of the formula Xie Xin Decoction.The study firmly verifies that SBE method is correct and practical and provides some experiences for the formula's further study.
