This paper studied on Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit which is a typical Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) produced in Fujian Province, to obtain the HPLC chromatogram fingerprint of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit Crude Drug by RP-HPLC and to study the compositions content change on naringin, hesperidin and synephrine , aimed to establish a method of quality evaluation, which is based on the adoption of a comprehensive fingerprint of herbal medicine and individual control of the components content from a combination of local control, so that a single component can overcome it can't represent the whole picture of the medicinal herb, the fingerprint have a high similarity meaning that a single component content also is high.With this method we can evaluation drying techniques, extraction process on TCM, The results were as follows:1. To obtain the HPLC chromatogram of different Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi Crude Drug samples by RP-HPLC, determine their common peaks, with angle cosine, correlation coefficient, Euclidean distance, such as different methods of mathematical statistics for analysis results. This article set up a Reference Fingerprint with a total of 33 common chromatogram peaks as Fingerprint Feature information to the Crude Drug of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit and a method of quality identification analysis.2. Studied various factors which affect the quality of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit, the experiment proved that the quality of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit is impacted deeply by picking time, the diameter size, drying process, tree ages, producing place, harvesting methods, type trees, storage time etc. The poor quality of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit is picked after June 13th. the worst drying method is drying by steam; the result of experimentation showed that there's no Hesperidin in Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit of 8-year-old tree,fingerprint analysis also shows that the similarity is very low, maybe its disappearance of Hesperidin reduced the medicinal quality; the worst Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits is produced by tingping Minhou in different origin of fujian; comparison of different size Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit is found in Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits that diameter is more than 2.0cm did not detect Hesperidin, whether it's availability, it need for further analysis by pharmacological and fingerprint experiments; landing fruit drug effective compositions higher than picking fruit; seedling, grafting, and cutting trees'components of medicinal efficacy in combination with fingerprint analysis of the seedling fruit is worst; the three efficacy components of contents in a three-year storaged were lowest than the current year and only one year storaged, low similarity of it's fingerprint only 0.71, so results show that the quality of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits three-year storaged is poor .3. Established the Logistic model for growth to time and the the dynamic fractal mode for diameter to weight, accurately described the growth of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits eigenvalue and the dynamic fractal relationship between them. Through this model we can forecast the date of picking, combined with the effect relationship between the ingredients and the date to indirectly determine the inner quality for controlling the quality of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits.4. Studied on the extraction process with hesperidin, naringin, synephrine as index, then established the second regression model, and the best extreme conditions of the extraction process is: 69.4393% ethanol, liquid feed ratio 10.07526: 1, ultrasonic time 90.1686min, Immature Trifoliate-orange fruit maximum extraction efficacy is 35.87mg/g. of three components sum, the Models to predict the results of verification and the basic line. Fingerprint analysis proved that extraction method is no damage to the original Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits components structure, this model of analysis used to predict the extraction of Immature Trifoliate-orange fruits is Viable.
