Hemodynamics,which combining the principles and methods of Biology,Medical,Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering and so on ,is extremely helpful to provide useful ,scientific ,depth methods for analyzing the issues ,such as the mechanical characteristics of blood in the artery ,the regular pattern of cardiovascular circulatory system blood flow , some particular cardiovascular diseases' impact on the blood flow pattern.In this paper, the main research focus on the relationship between the various sorts and varieties factor of cardiovascular circulatory system, and describe how these factors impact on the atherosclerosis plaque.The main results of the paper are proposed as follows:Firstly, the paper introduced the theoretical basis of computational fluid dynamics methods, the application on Hemodynamics, and the basic models of Hemodynamics.Seccondly, using the computer aided engineering software, ANSYS Workbench, we can analyze and research the Hemodynamics problems. For instance, the blood flow pattern, the coupling effect between the blood and the artery, how the atherosclerosis plaque taking shape and off the artery.Thirdly, building the model of main artery and atherosclerosis and analyzing and researching the mechanical characteristics of blood in the artery, the regular pattern of cardiovascular circulatory system blood flow, some particular cardiovascular diseases' impact on the blood flow pattern. And we can prove that the application of computational fluid dynamics methods in the Hemodynamics can promote the rapid development of Clinical Medicine.
