ObjectiveThe study establishes a wistar rat model for fat transplant.It joinsthe liver cell growth factor Volume of transplantation(HGF) into the transplanted.It aims to research the i nfluence on early time blood vessel production and the survival rate of the transplante-d pellet fat.MethodsUsing the method of the stochastic comparison design,the selected Wistar rats are stochas-tically divided into three groups:the 10ng/ml density HGF group,the1ng/ml density HGF group,the physiological approximately the 1ml rat fat taked from the ing-u inal place,after the purification,according tothe grouping request,is managed sepa ra-te ly through 10ng/mlHGF,1ng/mlHGF and physicological saline control group,and then c arried on subcutaneous fat transplant from the body back.The transplanted fatty tissu-e will be taked out to observe in one week and 30 days separately according to the gr-o uping request,with CD34 immunotherapy method,capillaries will be demonstrated,we can carry on the quantitative investigation of the capillaries density,the survey of fat v olume,and the computation of the survival rate.ResultsThe density of the transplant body's peripheral area blood vessel in the treatment gr-oups of 10ng/ml and 1ng/ml the HGF is higher than the salt water treatment group.There is no remarkable significance between 10ng/ml and 1ng/ml the HGF group(P>0.0 5).The survival rate of transplant body in the treatment group of 10ng/ml is obvi ously-higher than the salt water treatment group.The survival rate of transplant body in the treatment group of 1ng/ml is also higher than the salt water treatment group.But between P10ng/ml and 1ng/ml HGF treatment groups the difference is not significant(P>0. 05).Conclusion Liver cell growth factor(HGF) in certain density May promote the transplanted rat pellet fatty blood vessel tissue to proliferate,thus enhance transplanted fatty tissue surv -ival.
