Objective:To meature and count women breast radiocounting(SUM) and the T/NT ratios using double-phase 99mTc-MDP tomographic three dimensional reconstruction imaging,to discuss the rule of the changes and its relationship with ages, and to research the diagnostic value of the imaging anatomy study of breast with double-phase 99mTc-MDP tomographic three dimensional reconstruction imaging for breast diseases.Methods:50 healthy women and 68 patients with breast bump adopted the imaging anatomy with double-phase 99mTc-MDP tomographic three dimensional reconstruction imaging. 50 healthy women were divided into five teams according to their ages.To measure and count the SUM and T/NT ratios of symmetry parts of healthy women.SUM and T/NT ratios of those patients on the early and delayed stages on both lesions and the symmetry parts were measured, compared those data with the histopathological examination results of postoperations or biopsy.Results:1.There was significant difference between the T/NT ratios of early imaging and delayed imaging in normal women despite their different ages. There was no significant difference according to age(P>0.05).2.The T/NT ratios of early imaging and delayed imaging were 2.15±0.40 and 1.10±0.30 respectively in benign lesions(P<0.05).T/NT ratios of early imaging and delayed imaging in breast cancer were 4.51±0.30 and 3.49±0.40 respectively(P>0.05).There were significant differences for T/NT ratios of early imaging among breast cancer team, the healthy team and the benign team.3.The sensitivity of double-phase 99mTc-MDP tomographic imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer was 91.7%;specificity was 93.8%;accuracy was 92.7%;the positive predictive value was 94.3%,and the negative predictive value was90.9%.Conclusions:1.SUM of early imaging and delayed imaging in normal women distributed in 1517±246 and 492±151 respectively,There was significant difference between double phase, SUM had no relationship with their ages; The T/NT ratios of early imaging and delayed imaging in normal women distributed in 1.06±0.03 and 1.03±0.06 respectively,There was no significant difference between double phase,T/NT had no relationship with their ages also.2.The double-phase 99mTc-MDP tomographic imaging has higher sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of benign lesion and breast cancer.
