Objective Uses the clinical check experiment observation to study the therapeutic effct of prednisone tablets combination with intravenous immunoglobulin treating bullous pemphigoid whether can reduce the time when the lesion has been controlled completely, reduce the control dosage of the prednisone tablets, and accumulation dosage of the prednisone tablets when the lesion has been controlled completely. Methods All cases are from bullous pemphigoid patients in the first hospital of Shanxi medical university's department of dermatology ward, which are conform to selected standard. The subjects derided into moderate group and severe group by the area of the lesion. There are 20 patients in the moderate group and 28 patients in the severe group.Every group is devided into an experiment group and an control group, enter the clinic test in turn according to the stochastic table assignment serial number registration form. The experiment group with high-dose injection immunoglobulin combining with prednisone tablets, and the control group only with prednisone tablets.Every group with common treatment.Observe he time when the lesion has been controlled completely, the control dosage of the prednisone tablets, and accumulation dosage of the prednisone tablets when the lesion has been controlled completely.Result The severe experiment group can reduce the time when the lesion has been controlled completely, reduce the control dosage of the prednisone tablets, and accumulation dosage of the prednisone tablets when the lesion has been controlled completely.(P<0.05).The moderate group can reduce the control dosage of the prednisone tablets, and accumulation dosage of the prednisone tablets when the lesion has been controlled completely,(P<0.05).But the moderate group can't reduce the time when the lesion has been controlled completely. (P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous immunoglobulincombination with prednisons tablets can reduce the time when the lesion has been controlled completely, reduce the control dosage of the glucocorticoid, and accumulation dosage of the glucocorticoid when the lesion has been controlled completely. |
