The Clinical Study The Infection Of CHF Xue Yu's RAAS System Used The No.2 Herbal Prescription For CHF

ObjectiveThe trial purposes to explore neuroendocrine feature of the chronic heart failure with the pattern of blood stagnation and the possible target points and mechanism of the NO.2 herbal prescription,by observing the curative effect of the medicine soupy which is made by the NO.2 herbal prescription for CHF to cure the CHF patients who fell into the pattern of blood stagnation and recording the change in the level of euroendocrine factors in the RAAS(such as PRA,Angâ…¡,ALD).The firm foundation could be established for the development industruslation of the famous Chinese mediciner doctors' experienced prescriptions.MethodsWe get 30 eligible(or meeting certain criteria) patients were selected from Guangdong Provincial Chinese medicine hospital's cardiovascular inpatient or outpatient departments.These 30 patients were then allocated to two groups.NO.2 herbal prescription for 'CHF'(Chronic Heart Failure) with western medicine drugs were applied to one of the group as the experimental group and only the same western medicine drugs,were applied to the controll group.During the whole trial,the patients were single-blinded and full-knowed the inside story,accepted the only treatment be given to make sure that without other medicinal influence.Results1.Analyse the relativity of baseline characteristicsNo significant difference in the following baseline parameters between these two groups were found:age,gender,duration of the disease,heart function grades,the makeup of the primary affection,heart failure points, Chinse Medicine pattern,and serum levels of PRA,Angâ…¡,ALD,BNP levels. 2.Results and Conclusion(1)The difference in heart failure points and heart function grades in the two groups indciated that the experimental group with additional No 2 herbal pricription for CHF increased the effciancy significantly.(2)The changes in the Chinses Medicnie Pattern points indicated that the addition of NO.2 herbal prescription for CHF increased the efficiency and total efficiency significantly.(3)As compared with baseline,after treatment,the serum levels of PRA,Angâ…¡,ALD,BNP of the experimental group were lower than the controll group.It indicated the NO.2 herbal prescription for CHF may cut down the levels of neuroendocrine factors in the RAAS which has statistical significance.(4)As compared with baseline,after treatment,both groups showed statistically significance as measured with the levels of neuroendocrine factors in the RAAS.The experimental group(using NO.2 heabal prescription for CHF addtionaly)have lager difference,which indicated the target Point reducing heart failure patients' neuroendocrine may be at the PRA,Angâ…¡,ALD,BNP,etc.3.No harmful adverse effects were observed during the trial.The safty of the drugs and herbs has certain assurance.Conclusion1.Future study is needed,considering NO.2 herbal prescription for CHF has significant effect in treating the heart failure in this trial.2.NO.2 herbal prescription for CHF could inhibit,antagonize and reduce level of neuroendocrine factors in the RAAS of patients with heart failure.The target point could be at the PRA,Angâ…¡,ALD,BNP.Futher research is needed to explore it.
