| Part one:the feature of signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient of different b value in normal uterus and the choice of the best b valueObjective To observe the feature of signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient of different b value in normal uterus,To investigate the imaging quality,SNR and CNR,then choose the best b value suitting the DWI of normal uterus.Materials and Methods SS-SE-EPI DWI(different b value from 100s/mm~2 to 1200s/mm~2 combine with b=0s/mm~2)were performed in 60 female with normal uterine and normol menstrual cycle,The signal intensity and ADC values were measured and analyzed of three layers in different b value combination.To investigate the imaging quality,SNR and CNR.Results When the diference of b value diference was>200 s/mm~2,there was statistically significant diference in signal intensity of endometrium,outer myometrium and junctional zone(diference of b value>400s/mm~2).ADC values of the three layers had statisticant diference in different b value combination.With b value increased,the signal intensity and ADC values of the three layers decreased,the noise of background increased,the SNR and CNR of the three layers decreased.Conclusions With b value increased,the signal intensity and ADC values of the three layers decreased,comprehend various agent:the combination(b=600s/mm~2 and b=0s/mm~2) was the best b value combination,can provid the best imaging quality, accurate measure ADC values,actual reflect diffusion ability of the three layers. Part two:the feature of signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient in normal uterus:relationship with menstrual cycleObjective To observe the feature of signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient of normal uterus in different time of menstrual cycle,to desire the DWI can assist the diagnosis of the Uterine disease in the future.Materials and Methods Child-beating period female(30 without pregnant history and 30 with pregnant history,there were not contraceptive ring in all female Uterine),The DWI were performed at postmenstrual phase,ovulatory phase and premenstrual phase in 60 female respectively.B value was the combination (b=600s/mm~2 and b=0s/mm~2),other scan parameter were the seem as part one,then to analyze the date.Results In every group,there was statistically significant diference in signal intensity of endometrium,outer myometrium and junctional zone at the seem time of their menstrual cycle,with endometrium the highest,junctional zone was higher then outer myometrium;there was also statistically significant diference in ADC value of the three layers:outer myometrium was the highest,endometrium was higher then junctional zone.In every group,the signal intensity and ADC value of endometrium at postmenstrual phase were the highest,the signal intensity of outer myometrium at postmenstrual phase was the highest,the ADC value of outer myometrium at premenstrual phase was the highest,the signal intensity and ADC value of junctional zone were seem at different time of their menstrual cycle.In the between of two group,there was not statistically significant diference in signal intensity and ADC value of the three layers at the seem time of their menstrual cycle.Conclusions The diffusion ability of three layers were different in normal uterine.There were the difference in signal intensity and ADC value of the endometrium and outer myometrium at the different time of menstrual cycle,such results give us a clue:must consider the effect of different time of menstrual cycle when we diagnose the disease of Uterines with DWI. |
