Objective:To observe the gastric and cystic motility of patients with Gastroesophaeal Reflux Disease(GERD),and find the relation between gastric and cystic Dysmotility and GERD.Methods:Observed the gastric and cystic motility of 60 patients with GERD and 30 healthy volunteers with B-Ultrasound,and according to the result of endoscopy, divided the patients into erosive esophagitis(EE) group and non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) group, then compared the parameters of gastric and cystic motility between GERD group and healthy volunteers group, and EE group and NERD group. Results:The average value of index of gastric ernpting of GERD group at 15min was lower than that of healthy volunteers group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The average value of index of gastric erupting of GERD group(30min,45min,60min,90min,120min) was lower than that of healthy volunteers group(P<0.05).The average value of index of cystic erupting of GERD group(15 min,30min,45min,60min,90min,120min) was lower than that of healthy volunteers group too, however the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The average value of index of gastric empting of RE group at 15min was lower than that of NERD group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The average value of index of gastric empting of RE group(30min,45min,60min,90min,120min) was lower than that of NERD group(P<0.05),however the difference of the average value of index of cystic empting(15 min,30min,45min,60min,90min,120min) between the 2 groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastric dismotility play an important role in the progress of GERD,and delayed gastric emptying is the major type of gastric dismotility in this disease. However, the cystic dismotility is not relative to the taking place and progress of GERD.Although the index of gastric empting of GERD group and EE group all lower than those of the control groups, the difference was not significant,so in the clinical works,we'd better check the index of gastric empting from 30min after taking food. Objective:To compare the clinical results of different treatment protocols basing on Acid Inhibitor of NERD,and direct the clinical works.Methods:53 patients with NERD were divided into 4 groups, and 4 treatment protocols,Acid Inhibitor,Acid Inhibitor+ cholagogue,Acid Inhibitor+ dynamics-promoting medicine, and Acid Inhibitor+ cholaegogue+ dynamics-promoting medicine, were given to group A,B,C and D respectively, and the treatment course was 8 weeks. The symptom score of each group was record at such point as pre-treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and 8 weeks after treatment. Compared the difference of the symptom scores of each group to find the difference between each treatment protocol. Results:The symptom scores of 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment of 4 groups declined obviously, compared with those of pre-treatment,the difference was significant(p<0.05).And the post-treatment symptom score of D group was lower than those of other 3 groups, the difference was significant(p<0.05).The post-treatment symptom score of B and C group was lower than that of A group, the difference was significant(<0.05).The score of C group was lower than that of B group, and difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of NERD,a treatment protocol basing on Acid Inhibitor can get a better result than that of single Acid Inhibitor, and Acid Inhibitor+ cholaegogue+ dynamics-promoting medicine can get the best result in the 4 protocols we observed. Our results also suggest that, compared with bile, motility dysfunction may play a more important role in taking place of NERD.
