Objectives The functional magnetic resonance imaging technique is utilized to research brain hemodynamics responses which are caused by points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang,GB37 and points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang,GB34 of normal people 20 to 30years old through stage electro-acupuncture by comparison and to discuss and analyze the relationship between acupuncture and brain functions.Research Methods 24 normal subjects(12 men and 12 women,age:20 to 30 years old, average age:24.7 years old) are divided into two groups(point GB37 group and point GB 34 group) through the random grouping principle in the statistical method and respectively experience scanning(resting) under none stimulus and task status,Only visual stimulus,Visual stimulus plus electro-acupuncture double-sided point GB 37(point GB34) stimulus,And blood oxygenation level dependent imaging scanning experiments of functional magnetic resonance. SPM software is adopted to carry out function data pre-processing,Statistical analysis and result display.In statistical analysis.One sample t text in a basic model of SPM is adopted to analyze the groups.Results A data recombination method(Reblocked method) is utilized to post-process scanning data.(1) Only under visual stimulus status:The left brainstem and the left cerebellum occipital are activated,And the left brain,limbic lobe.Parahippocampal gyrus(BA 19),Right brain middle temporal gyrus,Inferior temporal gyrus(BA 37) and other parts are activated (diagram 3).(2) Only under acupuncture status:Parietal postcentral gyrus(BA2),Inferior parietal lobule(BA40),Parietal postcentral gyrus(BA3),Parietal precuneus(BA7),Middle frontal gyrus(BA6) and other parts are activated(diagram 4) in the point GB 37 group,And left brain superior frontal gyrus and right brain frontal lobe(BA 31) are activated in the point GB 34 group.(3) When double-sided points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang are electro-acupunctured under the visual stimulus status:superior frontal gyrus(BA 10),Inferior frontal gyrus(BA47),Parietal precuneus(BA7),Occipita! gyrus lingualis(BA18) and other parts are activated(diagram 4) in the point GB 37 group,And left frontal lobe precentral gyrus(BA6), Left inferior frontal gyrus(BA9),A left temporal gyrus(BA22),Parietal precuneus(BA7),Left inferior parietal lobule(BA40) and right brain frontal lobe(BA31) are activated in the point GB34 group. Conclusion(1) Acupuncture causes changes of brain conduction path connection and the changes have important significance.(2) Under the visual stimulus status,the acupuncture of points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang,GB37 is closely correlated with conduction path conformity of the vision system and with the treatment of ophthalmocaee.(3) Under the visual stimulus status,The acupuncture of the points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang, GB34 causes the activation of frontal lobe precentral gyrus(BA6 zone) of ventrolateral prefrontal skin,The zone is a main zone which is correlated with cerebral cortex and sports,And thereby the point has specificity for curing kinematic scheme diseases such as hemiparalysis, lower limb paralysis and the like.(4) The acupuncture of points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang,GB37 and points of gallbladder meridian of foot-shao-yang,GB34 have have important significance in therelation with people cognition. |
