Clinical Research On The Effect Of Benefit Qi Complement The Kidney And Activity The Blood Decoction In Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus With Blood System Impairment

Objective: Utilizing Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine theory, at the basis of distinguishing and clinical experience of tutor,this article will study clinical efficacy of Benefit Qi. Complement the Kidney and Activity the Blood Decoction treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with blood system damage from clinical research. Method: Statistics from 2007.12～2008.10 during the patient being in the hospital and out-patient of SLE with blood system damage with 40 cases.they were divided into two groups,Taking Benefit Qi. Complement the Kidney and Activity the Blood Decoction with prednisone for the treatment group , 20 cases; taking prednisone only for the control group, 20 cases.After treatment for 2 months, the two groups were observed the treatment efficacy and changes in peripheral blood hemoglobin (HGB), leukocyte (WBC), platelet (PLT) .Results: According the clinical observation, the total efficiency of the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05); before and after treatment two groups' major clinical symptoms and symptom score were significantly different (P <0.01 or P <0.05), after treatment between groups, symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05), heart palpitations, shortness of breath, tinnitus symptoms had no significant difference (P> 0.05); before and after treatment two groups of patients with HGB, WBC, PLT were significant differences (P <0.01 or P <0.05) , inter-group comparison after treatment, HGB there is significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group, WBC , PLT was no significant difference (P> 0.05) Conclusion: Benefit Qi Complement the Kidney and Activity the Blood Decoction in Treating SystemicLupus Erythematosus with blood system impairment and western medicine had significant difference ,the treatment group is better than the control group.
