Clinical Study Of Yiqihuoxuelishui Prescription Treating Chronic Heart Failure Caused Bychf (Qi-Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:Chronic heart failure of its high incidence,a serious threat to the safety of human life,of which 5-year survival rate is similar with the malignant tumors,has become a major public health issue.This research aims to observe the clinical effect of Yihuoxuelishui Prescription treating mild to moderate chronic heart failure(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) caused by the treatment of coronary heart disease with mild and to explore its mechanism.Methods:1.60 patients were selected(all from the outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and were divided indo two groups,30 cases of the test group and 30 cases of control group;2.The two groups selected in terms of there were no significant statistical difference between the two groups concerning gender,age,course distribution,coronary heart disease-related risk factors and,cardiac function,the two groups of selected patients with TCM symptom score classification,etc;3.Western medicine were used alone in the control group and Yiqihuoxuelishui Prescription were used beside western medicine in the test group;The efficacies of the two groups were observed after a treating course of 4 weeks.Results:1.There is statistically significant difference between the two groups as to clinical cardiac function(NYHA classification) effects(p＜0.05),the experimental group is superior to the control group.2.The improvement of TCM Syndrome were compared between the two groups (p＜0.01).There is statistically significant difference,the experimental group being superior to the control group.3.TCM analysis showed the effects of individual symptoms between the two groups such as palpitations, shortness of breath,chest tightness(pain),surface floating limb swelling, fatigue,spontaneous,shortness of breath,urine short,cough sputum,neck intravenous exposed,pale dull,symptoms bruising to the lips,have statistically significant differences(p＜0.01) and the experimental group being superior to the control group;4.There are also statistically significant difference between the value of ejection fraction of the two groups shown by UCG(p＜0.05) and the experimental group is superior to the control group;5.Effects of ECG between the two groups(p＜0.05) were significant differences.Conclusion:Better clinical efficacy has been made by Yiqihuoxue lishui Prescription that it improve in CHF caused by coronary heart disease (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) with the clinical symptoms,cardiac function,ejection fraction and improving myocardial ischemia,and it combines with Western medicine,compliment each other,and drug side effects,safe and reliable.
