The Clinical Research Of Treating Knee Joint Osteoarthritis With The Dian An Method From Underside Of Knee Cap To Qu Quan

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of knee joint osteoarthritis treated by Dian An(DA) method from underside of knee cap to QuQuan explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treated group and control group.The treated group(30 cases) was taken by DA method from underside of knee cap to QuQuan,while the control group(30cases) was taken by manipulation to osteoarthritis for Tui Na Xue.The clinical curative effect was compared between the treated group and control group.Result:There is a significant difference between the treated group and the control group(P＜0.05).And in the treated group,it is superior to the control group with enhancing symptoms and relieving pains.Conclusion:The effect of DA method from underside of knee cap to QuQuan for the knee joint osteoarthritis patients to knee joint osteoarthritis can improve symptom,enhance living quality,relieve the change of joint cartilage of patients and it can also prevent the conditions of patients to become more seriously.Because of the characteristics its effect,practicality, safety and economy,it deserves a wide expansion to the clinical patients.
