| Objective:To observe the effect on TNF-αand IL-4 in model's blood serum treated by Zhu Yin I,and to approach the of mechanism of action Zhu Yin I anti-MPE.Method:Setting up MPE rat with EAC,60 Wistar rats were divided into five groups at random,blank group,model group,Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group,and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group,so that each group had 12 rats.Detect TNF-αand IL-4 in model's blood serum in each group.Result:1.Content in TNF-αmodel group,Chinese herbal medicine group, DDP group and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group showed obviously higher than blank group,which had singificant meaning in statistics (p<0.01).There was less TNF-αexpression in Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group,and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group than in model group,and the comparison between these groups indicated indicate (p<0.01).TNF-αcontent in Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group expressed similar,which had no in statistic disparation(p>0.05).TNF-αcontent in Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group showed lower than Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group(p<0.01),and it had significant deviation.2.IL-4 content showed much higher in model group,Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group than in blank group,which meant significant deviation(p<0.01).IL-4 expressed less in Chinese herbal medicine group,DDP group,Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group than in model group,and it indicated statistical significance(p<0.01).There were affinis IL-4 expressing in Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group,so the comparison had no statistical significance(p>0.05).IL-4 content in Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group was much lower than Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group,which showed significant deviation(p<0.01).Conclusions:1.Zhu Yin I could degrade TNF-αin blood serum of MPE rat.2.Zhu Yin I could degrade IL-4 in blood serum of MPE rat.3.Zhu Yin I may achieve the effect of anti-MPE by degrading contents of TNF-αand IL-4. |
