Effects Of Reinforcing Qi And Warming Yang Prescription On SOD,MDA Of The Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Arrhythmia Model Of Rats

Objective:In this study,the model of arrhythmia rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion(IR) injury was established.By this model,to observe the effect of the tonifying Qi warming Yang prescription on myocardial superoxide dismutase(SOD) and methane dicarbonic aldehyde(MDA) in arrhythmia rats.Then discusses the mechanism of this herb prevent arrhythmia during myocardial IR.Method:40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into groups:sham group;model group;traditional Chinese medicine treatment group;western medicine control group.In model group,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,rat's left anterior descending artery was ligated 10 min,then reperfused for 30 mins. In sham group,rats threaded only were not ligated.Electrocardiography(ECG) changes observed and recorded the incidence of arrhythmia,myocardial samples were taken later. In myocardial samples,Malondialdehyde(MDA) content was determined by thiobarbituric acid(TBA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was determined by xanthinoxidase method and ATPase activity was determined by pralidoxime method.Results:1.Chinese medicine treatment group significantly reduced the incidence of arrhythmia,compared with model control group were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01),traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group were no remarkable difference,no statistical significance(P＞0.05);2.In comparison with the control group,the activity of Na⁺-K⁺ ATPase and Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺ ATPase was increased significantly in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the difference has statistics significance(P＜0.01).Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group's Na⁺-K⁺ATPase and Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺ATPase activeness non-significance difference,difference non-statistics significance(P＞0.05);3.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group MDA activeness reduces obviously,the SOD activeness compares the model control group to elevate obviously,the difference has statistics significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.the tonifying Qi warming Yang prescription obviously reduces the arrhythmia occurrence probability.That indicated this herb has the obvious anti-arrythmia function 2.The prescription can effectively elevate the content of SOD and decrease MDA content in the ischemic myocardium of arrhythmia rats with myocardial IR injury,reduce the accumulation of free radicals in the body and reducing lipid per oxidation.3.The prescription can enhance the biological activity of Na+-K+ ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase in ventricular arrhythmias rat muscle tissue and Improve myocardial energy metabolism.
