| ã€Objective】To observe the XinJingPingâ…¡treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease associated with frequent ventricular premature beats of the clinical efficacy and to explore its effect on cardiac function and mechanism of action.ã€Methods】60 cases of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease with frequent ventricular premature beats in patients visits by the order of using random number table is divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in treatment group oral XinJingPingâ…¡soup,and patients in control group oral amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,both for 4 weeks treatment.Observed before and after treatment in patients with Holter monitoring,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function to improve the situation,and statistical analysis to compare its efficacy.ã€Results】The treatment of frequent ventricular premature beats of the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 73%and 83%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);in reducing the number of premature ventricular beats,the difference between the two inter-groups significant statistical significance(P<0.001),between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05);in improving left ventricular ejection fraction,between the group and inter-group differences were significant statistical significance (P<0.001),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).ã€Conclusion】XinJingPingâ…¡in level of reducing heart failure caused by coronary heart disease in patients with frequent ventricular premature beats and total number of efficiency is a considerable role in amiodarone.In improving cardiac function and improve the left ventricular ejection fraction, There is the clearer priority in XinJingPingâ…¡group then in Amiodarone's,and it's adverse reactions is small.So it is worth to further promote clinical. |
