Banxiaxiexin Decoction treatment of abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Clinical ResearchObjective:Observation Banxiaxiexin Decoction of abdominal Henoch-Schonlein purpura(mixed cold and heat and blood stasis syndrome) treatment.Methods:66 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into 2 groups.36 cases of treatment group administration with Banxiaxiexin Decoction.30 cases of the control group with prednisone cetirizine hydrochloride,the treatment of anisodamine.Group 2 are in a course of treatment for two weeks.Results:The clinical cure rate was 90%in treatment group control group was 78%difference between 2 groups was significant(P＜0.05).One treatment group to ease the pain to positive fecal occult blood and skin purpura subsided time compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Decoction Banxiaxiexin Henoch-Schonlein purpura on the efficacy of abdominal exact.
