The Research Of Treating Insomnia That Caused By Of The Spleen And Heart Organ By Strengthening The Spleen-organ And Nourishing The Heart-organ

Aim:Acorrding to clinical observation, this research probes into the curative effect and functional mechanism of the strengthening and nourishing therapy to the spleen and heart organ ,which is used in the insomnia treatment in allusion to the deficiency of the spleen and heart organ type.Method:We picked 60 cases and divided them into two groups,called therapeutic group and contradistinctive group,and each group contains 30 cases. Therapeutic group adopted the strengthening and nourishing manipulation that act on the spleen and heart ,while the other group takes the chinese herbs guipi-pills as a comparison. The period of treatment is 30 days. The manipulation of strengthening and nourishing heart and spleen has prominent effects on reinforcing qi and blood, nourishing spleen and heart,soothing and comforting the mind.
