Clinical Effective Observation Of Treating GAD By Acupuncture Combined With Small Dosage Of Deanxit

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect to treating generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) by ways of Acupuncture combined with small dosage of Deanxit.Method:60 patients with generalized anxiety were adopted in this study,among whom 5 cases had lost, so in fact 55 cases were observed .28cases were in acupunbture combined with Deanxit group,27cases were in medicine group.Patients in acupuncture combined with Deanxit group were given normal acupuncture in Baihui,Yintang,Sishencong,Benshen,Shenmen(both),Neiguan(both),Taichong(both),Zusanli(both),Sanyinjiao(both),q.o.d.and were administered Deanxit, one tablet after breakfast.Patients in medicine group were administered Deanxit one tablet, after breakfast and lunch.The course of the treatment is 10 days, three courses were observed.Then the cases were followed up in the 60th day after intervention began.HAMA,the scale of TCM symptoms and CGI were applied to measure the treatment effect.TESS were applied to measure adverse reactions。Results:1.In the end of treatment an 60th day during the treatmen,the HAMA score of both groups significantly decrease , inter-group have statistical difference(P<0.05). the acupuncture combined with Deanxit group's treatment of mental symptoms and improvement of the somatic symptoms, are better than the Deanxit. group(.P<0.05).2.In the end of treatment, acupuncture combined with Deanxit group's improvement of the somatic symptoms of TCM are better than the Deanxit group(P<0.05). 3.In the end of treatment,the scores of GI and EI in two groups had significant differences, the acupuncture combined with Deanxit group are better than the Deanxit group (P<0.05).4. In the end of treatment,the TESS score of both groups have statistical difference, the acupuncture combined with Deanxit group are better than the Deanxit group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combining with small dosage of Deanxit has curative effete,fewer adverse reactions,and lower recurrence rate,for generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).
