Preliminary Study The Pulsation Of Small And Medium-sized Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysm And The Differences Of Intracranial Artery Compliance Score

ObjectivePreliminary study the pulsation of small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm and compare the differences of intracranial artery compliance score.MethodsApplication of the coronary CT angiography procedure,We scan four patients who had been diagnosed as small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm.We reconstruct VR images,MIP images of intracranial aneurysm and observe the wall of aneurysm to make sure whether it is pulsatile and the change of it's profile.We measure the pixels of small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm and intracranial artery by means of Photoshop7.0 software,and calculate the compliance score of small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm and intracranial artery.We conduct statistical analysis to compare the differences between the two.ResultsIn systolic and diastolic period,3D-CTA VR images can display the pulsation of small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm,MIP images can display the change of it's profile.The comparative analysis of intracranial artery compliance score is not significant(P＞0.05).Compared with the compliance score of intracranial artery, the compliance score of small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm has a statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe small and medium-sized ruptured intracranial aneurysm is pulsating all times, and it's compliance score is greater than those of major intracranial arteries.3D-CTA can display the pulsation of intracranial aneurysm effectively.It may applies to evaluate the the risk whether the aneurysm will rupture.
