| Objective:Research the mechanism of cell apoptosis of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction delaying or blocking progressive development in IPF fibrosis phase.Methods:(1) Theoretic discussion:By systematically arranging documentation,Research pathogenesis mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in IPF fibrosis phase.(2)Experimental Study:â‘ To establish a mouse model of pulmonary fibrosis;(2) Quantitative analysis of pathological histopathological changes in mouse;(3)Immunohistochemical detection of bcl-2 in the lung tissue distribution,integral optical density method of bcl-2in the pulmonary interstitial space of the positive IOD value.Results:â‘ Pathomorphology:The sham-operation group compares with other groups,three areas,P < 0.01;The model 1 group with the model 2 groups,the engrained area P > 0.05,not dyed the area,the ash dyed the area,P < 0.05;The Chinese medicine treatment group compare with the model 1 group,the ash dyed the area P > 0.05,not dyed the area,the engrain area P < 0.05,compares with the model 2 groups,three areas P < 0.05;The western medicine treatment group compare with the model 2 groups,three areas P > 0.05;The Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group compare,three areas P < 0.05.â‘¡Imunohistochemistry detection results of OID value of bcl-2 in lung interstitium:sham-operated group compared with TCM treatment group show difference,P <0.05,with the rest of groups,P <0.01.Model 2 group was enhanced contrasting model 1 group,P <0.05,similar to the western medicine treatment group,P> 0.05.Chinese medicine treatment group were reduced contrasting model 1 group,model 2 group,western medicine treatment group,P <0.01.Conclusion:The Theoretic discussion and experimental results show that: (1)The pathogenesis mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in IPF fibrosis phase is Qixuluobidujie.(2) Yiqitongluo Decoction can effectively inhibt progressive development of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis of mouse,its mechanism is probably blocking the mutal promoting relation between ECM deposited and integrins. |
