The Research Of Zhongjing's Sphygmology Of Clinical Applications

ObjectivePulse-taking had a long history,which appeared with the formation of Chinese medicine and developed along with it.It is one of the features of diseases diagnosis in Chinese medicine.Pulse diagnosis is an important component parts of the system of Chinese Medicine theories as well as one of the main gist of Chinese Medicine's clinical Bianzheng.Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is not science monographs of pulse-taking,but the pulse which refreed to is extremely detailed,and the similar to the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon of Medicine,the Classic on Medical Problems.So Xu Dachun of Qing Dynasty evaluated like that:The method of Pulse-taking was the true tactics of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canonof Medicine and each dynasty which inherited.So Zhongjing's Pulse-taking had on the impact in future.Zhongjing using pulse diagnosis is quite flexiblely, skillfully.Nowadays,he still was a model of using the pulse diagnosis in the clinic.Especially,some pulse's description has unique traits and has significant meaning in Banzheng.So this dissertation expect to made a collation of this aspects literature,then Zhongjing's sphygmology can use better in the clinic.Furthermore,an abstruseness of Zhongjing pulse diagnosis worth further researching and exploring.MethodsThis thesis had made a comprehensive collation of the aspects of ancient and modern literature.The method was to trace the origin from the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon of Medicine,the Classic on Medical Problems to the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,the sphygmology books which had on the impact of the society after using the Zhongjing book.We will explore it in five aspects:the development of the origin of Zhongjing's sphygmology,pulse display pathogenesis in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,the characters of Zhongjing's sphygmology,the methods of Zhongjing's pulse diagnosis,sphygmology of clinical applications.ResultsWhen finding and reading the literature of the reaserch of the Zhongjing's sphygmology of clinic applications,We found that lots of reports about its clinic applications,but mainly related to one of pulses in Zhongjing's book,one of Characters of Zhongjing's sphygmology,the sites of pulse diagnosis and so on.Some literatures were mostly focused on the general form of the pulse and its indications's meaning,the rules of applications pulse diagnosis etc.They illustrated simplely in discussion and discussed the mechanism inaccurately.All in all,their reaserch lacked of comprehensive,profoundness and systematist.The content and methods of the research were also similar to each other.The use of sphygmology of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases's characteristics did not highlight sufficiently.On basis of this research,the dissertation had made a comprehensive collationand neaten them,and sumed up all the contents of pulse display pathogenesis in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases through tables,and marked clauses which relates to.Some experts had controversialism between "the Bian Mafia" and "Ping Mafia",so we did not excerpt sphygmology clauses.But when discussed the characters of Zhongjing's sphygmology,the methods of Zhongjing's pulse diagnosis,the clinical application of Zhongjing's pulse diagnose,we excerpt clauses from Zhongjing book,including "the Bian Mafia" and "Ping Mafia".ConclusionIn this dissertation,it described the development of the origin of Zhongjing's sphygmology firstly,and sumed up all the contents of pulse display pathogenesis in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases through tables,and marked clauses which relates to.Then we discussed the characters of Zhongjing's sphygmology,themethods of Zhongjing's pulse diagnosis.Lastly,by four aspects:diagnosing disease,finding out the history,guiding the treatment,prognosticating the diseaseas,the article concluded the rules of clinical application of Zhongjing's pulse diagnose.The aims are to apply Zhongjing's sphygmology better in the clinic and promote the improvement of clinical efficacy,and also expect to develop the implicit essence of Chinese medicine's sphygmology.Then it can service human being health better.
