Traditional Chinese Treatment Of The Distal Radial Fractures And Analysis Of The Risk Factors

Objective:1.To explore the clinical effect of the distal radial fractures treated with traditional chinese treatment retrospectively.2.To analysis the risk factors of traditional chinese treatment of the distal radial fractures and to supply evidence for improve the clinic results.Methods:1.By means of studing literature and expert conseling to design the Questionnaire.The Questionnaire includes questions about the latent possibility risk factors.2.From Suptember,2008 to Suptember,2009 we invstigated 101 patients of radial fractures,and 97 valid questionnaires are adopted in this resesrch.There are 32 males and 65 females,the youngest is 50 years old and the oldest is 75 years old,the mean age is 61±2.3 years old.3.To establish SPSS date bank with all the investigated information.And the date were checked by more than 2 man of this crew that make it be insure the date are nicety.4.The date are analyzed by softeware SPSS13.0.First to anlyse the latent possibility risk factors between the good/excellent group and the faie/poor group by Rank Sum Test.And then analyse the latent possibility risk factors by Logistic Test.Results:1.The clinical results of distal radial fractures with traditional chinese treatment is that:excellent(26.8%),good(47.4%),fair(24.7 %),poor(1%).And there were complications with 5 patients(5.2%).2.Analyzed by Rank Sum Test,it shows that the latent possibility risk factors that have statistics difference among the two groups are:gender,the stability of the fracture,the complinjure of wrist,the energy of the injure,radial shortening,dorsal tilt,the agility hand,exercise(P＜0.05); the latent possibility risk factors that have not show statistics difference among the two groups are:time,osteoporosis,replacement,assistant treatment and the complication of chronic,(P＞0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors related to the distal radial fractures treated with traditional chinese treatment were: gender,the stability of the fracture,the complinjure of wrist,the energy of the injure,(P＜0.05);radial shortening and dorsal tilt are also risk factors related to the distal radial fractures treated with traditional chinese treatment,but(P＞0.05).And the risk rate were:gender(0R=7.21),the stability of the fracture(OR=24.82),the complinjure of wrist(OR=7.35),the energy of the injure(OR=6.28),radial shortening(OR=4.34),dorsal tilt (OR=1.25),injure of the the agility hand(OR=6.32).Conclusions:1.The distal radial fractures treated with traditional chinese treatment is safe and efficiency.2.Gender,the stability of the fracture,the complinjure of wrist,the energy of the injure,radial shortening,dorsal tilt and the injure of the agility hand are risk factors of he distal radial fractures treated with traditional chinese treatment and there have statistic diference(P＜0.05).
