Effect Of The Preparation Of Cordyceps On The Micro-inflammation Condition Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore effect of the preparation of Cordyceps on the micro-inflammation condition of Maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients, developing a new road for the study of the Chinese medicine to the micro-inflammatory status.Methods The patients with MHD who meet the inclusion criteria were composed of 45 cases,By using the method of simple random sampling,12 cases were elected as one of the control group(B group of 12 cases),and the remained 33 cases as the treatment group which treated by the preparation of Cordyceps(Bailing Capsule)(A group of 33 cases),A group has Basic treatment and the preparation of Cordyceps;B group has Basic treatment alone.Determine the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), serum creatinine of the two groups before treatment and two months after treatment,collect clinical symptoms on the corresponding time.The statistical analysis of the results using SPSS 16.0,to contrast the differences between before and after also groups,study the Change and significance of the biochemical indicator,as well as the improvement in clinical symptoms.Results After treatment,hs-CRP and the symptom score of the treatment group decreased,the difference was significant(P＜0.01).After treatment,hs-CRP and the symptom score of the Control group increased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment, hs-CRP and the symptom score of the control group higher than the treatment group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP level of MHD patients was high,and HD may further increase it.Take the preparation of Cordyceps could reduce hs-CRP level of MHD patients,also improved the micro-inflammation status and clinical symptoms.
