Objective:Use PVA,alginateNa,HA to prepare composite material and to confirm the feasibility of serving as a scaffold for tissue engineering.Methods:Freeze-drying,granulation and membrane three different methods was used to make scaffolds.Different ratios of PVA,alginateNa and HA was blended together to prepare scaffolds. Determine the water content, swelling ratio and porosity of the scaffold.Laser perforation technology was used to make holes on the surface of the scaffolds. The effect of PVA,alginateNa and HA on the structure and material's capability was investigated. Results:SEM proved that the morphology of PVA-AlgCa-HA was network structure and had a micro-porous structure.water content(62.66±0.05)%~(86.64±0.05)%,expansion ratio (145.74±0.05)%~(324.45±0.05)%,porosity(63.28±0.05)%~(103.19±0.05)%.Conclusion:A three-dimensional PVA-AlgCa-HA scaffold has proper water content, porosity and mechanical property. It can be used to scaffold of tissue engineering.
