Objective: To analyze differentiate of detecting Methicillin resistant Staphylococeus aureus ( MRSA) and investigate the changes of antimicrobial susceptibility of staphylococcus aureus in order to guide a reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods:Sixty strains of staphylococcus aureus isotaled from clinical specimers were tested by K-B, methicillin agar diffusion and PCR to 15 antibiotics. Results: The isolate rate of K-B, methicillin agar diffusion and PCR method was 15%, 15%, 13%. All of MRSA strains were susceptible to vancomycin and teicoplanin. The resistant rate of Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, Gatifloxalin and Erythromycin, Clindamycin, Tetracline were higher in MRSA.Discussion:K-B was a reliable and convenient method to riddle and define MRSA strains. MRSA is a kind of highly resistant rate for many antimicrobial agents, it should be strictly tested in clinical trial.
