Study On The Principle Of Using Zhong Jing Formulae In Medical Cases Of Zhang Yu Qing(Zhang Yu Qing Yi An)

Objective To find out the principle of manipulating Zhong-jing formulae and concrete herb using experience.Deepen the understanding of the theory of Zhang Zhong Jing and Zhang Yu Qing so as to instruct clinical use of Zhong Jing Formulae.Method Seven Zhong Jing formulae which were commonly used by Zhang Yu Qing were first selected.The characteristics of these formulae were described and the principles of formulae manipulation were then concluded by studying the related medical cases of Zhang Yu Qing.Resultsâ‘ .By considering disease mechanism of Zhang Yu Qing applied Zhong Jing formulae to a wider range of treatment.â‘¡Zhang Yu Qing broke through the original herb application of Zhang Zhong Jing and the formulae he conducted were based on the principles.â‘¢He combined Zhong Jing formulae with present formulae,the advantages of other doctor's views were adopted.â‘£Based on the findings of predecessors,Zhang Yu Qing added his own understandings and applied to clinical use.Conclusion Zhang Yu Qing was familiar with the formulating principles and theories of Zhang Zhong Jing with flexible application.By using the academic views and treating methods of former practitioners,Zhang Yu Qing modified formulae in order to treat diseases with different mechanisms.Through this research,guidance were given to present clinical use of Zhong Jing formulae.
