Clinical Studies Of Migraine With Zhengtianwan Pill On Type Of Blood Deficiency, Yang Excess With Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of zhengtianwan pill in treating patients with migraine who belong to type of blood deficiency,yang excess and blood stasis.Method:The clinical trials included a total of 40 patients with migraine who belong to type of blood deficiency.yang excess and blood stasis,randomized,blind,comfort drug control study.Forty cases were randomly divided to two groups:twenty patients as treatment groups who received zhengtianwan pill(form three nine pharmaceutical public company limited).thrice a day.one bag once;and twenty patients as control group were treated by zhengtianwan simulation(form three nine pharmaceutical public company limited).thrice a day,one bag once.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Results:After efficacy,safety and side effects,such as statistical analysis,zhengtianwan pill can significantly improving the symptom of migraine who belong to type of blood deficiency,yang excess and blood stasis.It is safe with no side-effect.The effective rates of clinical symptoms are 90.00%and 40.00%in treatment group and control group respectively. There is significant difference between two groups(P＜0.01);the effective rates of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms are 85.00%and 45.00%in treatment group and control group respectively.There is significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05):On controlling headache days,frequency,degree and duration aspects,there are significant differences between two groups.The significant effective rate of treatment group surpassed control group.On improving partial numbness,vision mistiness,queasiness and lachrymation aspects of concomitant symptoms,there are significant differences between two groups.The significant effective rate of treatment group surpassed control group.Conclusion:Zhengtianwan pill can be effective in treating migraine who belong to type of blood deficiency,yang excess and blood stasis,the clinical efficacy is better than zhengtianwan simulation;in improving symptoms of Chinese medicine,zhengtianwan pill is also better than zhengtianwan simulation.No adverse drug reactions,safe.reliable,and is worth promoting in clinical application.
