| Objective To evaluate the influence of the different luting agent and surface treatment on retention of post-core crown.Methods 150 simulation anterior teeth single root canals and 150 Co-Cr casting posts were made.Five different luting agents[zinc phosphate cement(ZPC), zinc polycarboxylate cement(ZPCC),glass ionomer cement(GIC),resin-modified glass-ionomer cement(RMGIC),composite luting cement(CLC)]and two defferent surface trentments(sandblasting,acid etching) were divided into eight groups[①ZPC control group,ZPC sandblasting group,ZPC acid etching group②ZPCC control group,ZPCC sandblasting group,ZPCC acid etching group③GIC control group, GIC sandblasting group,GIC acid etching group④RMGIC control group,RMGIC sandblasting group,RMGIC acid etching group⑤CLC control group,CLC sandblasting group,CLC acid etching group⑥ZPC control group,ZPCC control group,GIC control group,RMGIC control group,CLC control group⑦ZPC sandblasting group,ZPCC sandblasting group,GIC sandblasting group,RMGIC sandblasting group,CLC sandblasting group⑧ZPC acid etching group,ZPCC acid etching group,GIC acid etching group,RMGIC acid etching group,CLC acid etching group,non-surface treatment as control group.There were 10 speciments each grounp. The bonding strength was measured by SHIMADIU AUTOGRAPH.Results①The bonding strength of ZPC control group was lowest in ZPC control group,ZPC sandblasting group and ZPC acid etching group.②Among ZPCC treatment groups,the difference between control group and other surface treatment groups was found.③The bonding strength of GIC control group was lowest in GIC control group,GIC sandblasting group and GIC acid etching group.④The difference between control group and other surface treatment groups was found among RMGIC groups.⑤Among CIC groups,the difference was found between control group and other surface treatment groups.⑥Among all control groups,the bonding strength of ZPC was lowest and the bonding strength of CLC was highest.⑦Among all sandblasting groups,the bonding strength of ZPC was lowest and the bonding strength of CLC and GIC were same highest.There was no difference between the GIC groups and CLC groups.⑧There was difference between ZPC and other cement groups among all acid etching groups.The bonding strength ZPC was lowest.The bonding strength of CLC was highest.Conclusion1.CLC is the best to the retention of post-core crown in the same treatment methods.2.The retention of post-core crown can be increased after sandblasting and acid etching. |
