Objective To investigate the changing of plasma hysophosphatidic acid(LPA) in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS).Methods:LPA was extracted from plasma of the two groups:group ACS 48 and group healthy person 28 as control. Results:Plasma LPA of ACS group significantly higher than that of healthy person P<0.05.hs-CRP of ACS group significantly higher than that of control group,P<0.05.There are correlation between Plasma LPA and hs-CRP in ACS group. There are not correlations between LPA and HCY in ACS group. Conclusion As a molecular marker released by activated platelet,Plasma LPA may be valuable for predicting the dangers and the development of thrombus and guide the treatment.
