Percutaneous Suprapubic Cystotomy Lithotripsy By Nephroscope In Combining Ultrasound And Lithoclast In Treatment Of Bladder Calculi (with 65 Cases)

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Percutaneous suprapubic cystotomy lithotripsy by nephroscopein combining ultrasound and lithoclast in treatment of bladder calculi.Materials and Methods:F24.5 nephroscopein insert bladder by Percutaneous suprapubic cystotomy, lithotripsy with EMS Lithoclast master.Results:The operations were complete successfully in all the cases. All the calculus of the bladder were complete cleaning up.Conclusion:Percutaneous suprapubic cystotomy lithotripsy by nephroscopein combining ultrasound and lithoclast in treatment of bladder calculi is safe and effetive.
