Belamcanda Chinensis from Huanggang, locating in Dabie mountainous area, maintaining high quality and excellent medical effect, is genuine herb.In the Dabie Mountain area, Huanggang is the GAP Cultivation Bases for Belamcanda Chinensis. So Belamcanda Chinensis from Huanggang was chosen as our research object. The genuineness of Belamcanda Chinensis from Huanggang was studied by fingerprint characteristics and contents of medicinal components (including organic and inorganic aspects). The quality of Belamcanda Chinensis would be totally controlled by the HPLC fingerprint and the determination of total flavones or a certain flavonoid. The contents of total flavones, iridin and irisflorentin of Belamcanda Chinensis from different regions, different seasons were determined. It will be available for the research of genuineness, harvesting seasons, and medicinal parts.Belamcanda Chinensis from different regions were identified and compared by TLC. By the establishing of fingerprint for Belamcanda Chinensis, differences between Belamcanda Chinensis from Huanggang and other regions were obtained. A method for RAPD fingerprint of Belamcanda Chinensi was also established. The method to determine total flavones in Belamcanda Chinensis was explored. The contents of total flavones in Belamcanda Chinensis from different regions were compared and analyzed. The simultaneous assay method for iridin and irisflorentin was investigated. With the determination of flavones, the synthesis trends of medicinal components were determined primarily. The contents of trace elements in Belamcanda Chinensis were tested to judge their function in the genuineness. |
