| Toxoplasma gondii is cytozoic protozoa parasited occasionally and specially. The polypide is worldwide gondii contaminating people and many kinds of animals by many ways and can cause trauma and many clinical symptoms. It can cause severe results, especially when the host's immunologic function is in low way. Patients having oncosis was always in bad immunologic function, so the Toxoplasma gondii is prone to invade the patients.This will aggravate their disease and even lead to their death. Therefore, it is imperative to implement the fast detection of T. gondii.It is much necessary to clarify the character and regular pattern of tumor patients with T. gondii disease. Meanwhile, we need to probe the cause why tumor patients are prone to infect T. gondii. All of this above will do benefit to the human prevention and curation.The antibody IgG of T. gondii in serum of 372 cases of patient suffering different kinds of malignant tumor in Lanzhou area was tested by indirect ELISA, with the common team of 932 cases as a control. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii was counted, the experimental result was dealt with SPSS.Results:The positive percentage of T.gandii in Lanzhou area had been revealed: skin cancer 18.18%,lung cancer 17.81%, oophoroma 11.11%, liver cancer 8.33%, breast cancer 6.78%, stomach cancer 4.72%, all of the tumor patients'positive percentage of T.gandii were higher than the control 2.90%.Conclusion: Positive percentage of human with T.gandii was higher than the commen's, and there was no obvious difference between male and female. The cauce is related with the immunity, the pathopoiesia mechanism and the symptom of cancer and so on.The positive percentage of skin cancer with T.gandii was the highest in this test, the percentage of lung cancer was lower and the the percentage of stomach cance was lowest. The rule is related with the invading way and change of skin caused by skin cancer was the main channel of the Toxoplasma invading. |
