Analysis Of Infection Status Of Hepatitis Evirus In Yanji City Jilin Province Of China

Objective To study the infectious status of hepatitis E virus (HEV) in Yanji City, and provide a scientific basis for controlling the disease.Methods IgG Antibodies against HEV were detected with ELISA.Results The total positive rate of IgG was 30.02%; the positive rate was 35.67% and 24.05% in male and female respectively. There were significant differences between male and female in IgG positive rates( P<0.05). The positive rate of different employment of anti-HEV were analyzed, the pork sellers were the highest, the second was the people working in hospital, and the IgG positive rates were increased along with the age.Conclusion The total infectious rate of HEV was positively correlated with age. Thus in-depth study and monitoring of hepatitis E should be strengthened in the future in order to reduce the incidence of hepatitis E.
