| Objective: Through observing the improvement of CHD patients by needling the T4and T5 jiaji points and comparing the differences of the curative effect between the deep insertion group and the superficial insertion group, in order to provide the foundation for clinical using of the points and the selection of the acupuncture manipulation. Method: Select 30 CHD patients, and choose the self-comparison method in order to reduce error, and give the treatment to the patients every 5 days, basing on the order which is generated by the stochastic number sheet. The standard EKG of each patient before needling and the withdrawal of needles at 5min,15min,30min,60min,90min should be noted down.Observe the alteration of ST part and T wave at each time both inside the group itself and between groups and carry on the statistical analysis to the results. After that, divide the 30 patients into the deep insertion group and the superficial insertion group, and give the patients the continuous treatment for 10 days separately, then record the EKG before and after the 10-days treatment, and also write down the integral of the TCM symptoms. Finally, estimate the curative effect according to the changes of the EKG and integral. Result: The deep and superficial insertion to the T4 and T5 Jiaji points can both improve the CHD patients'instant EKG.Both the two groups have no significant difference to improve the ST part (P>0.05), but the deep insertion group can make obvious effect on improving the T wave after the 15min ,30min,60min,90min treatment (P<0.01), and this group also does better in improving the symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion: The T4 and T5 Jiaji points can be used to cure the CHD, and the deep insertion to the points can make better effect than the superficial insertion. |
