The Relativity Analytical Of The Content Of MMP-9 And Various Of Risk Factors With The Chinese Medcine Dialectical Type Of CHD

Objective: With investigating various of cardiovascular risk factors and the content of MMP-9, to learn the relation between various of cardiovascular risk factors and the content of MMP-9 with CHD of the chinese medicine type of syndorme,meanwhile to provide theories for the chinese medicine dialectical type and the clinical treatment.Methods: From 2200 staffs,randomly select 20 cases whose age is among 75～87 years old for the healthy group,60 patients who suffered from CHD were included in the study and randomly divided into three groups:the first group (deficiency of both qi and yin),the second group(knot of phlegm and extravasated blood),the third group(phlegm in heart)(each of 20cases).Apply the united design form to collect the data of disease in detail and adopt the density of MMP-9 by ELISA.Result: The four groups have significant difference between smoking,BP,FPG,TC, BMI,MMP-9(P<0.05);Between the three sets of CHD,BP and blood sugar have never shown difference(P>0.05);smoking and the content of MMP-9 show difference (P<0.05); the former is with the first group and the latter is with the second group.Regression analysis of coronary risk factors through logistics discovered that the first group had intimate relation with BP,FPG,MMP-9,LDL-C;the second group is with MMP-9,LDL-C,TC,BP;the third group is with FPG,BMI,TC,BP.Conclusion: The closed risk factors with CHD are smoking,BP,FPG,TC;the clinical treatment of CHD should pay more attention to these factors.The related order of three CHD sets with risk factors is MMP-9>BMI>FPG>LDL-C;MMP-9>LDL-C;FPG>BMI>BP. The relation of MMP-9 and CHD is closed and the second set is the most one.
