The Clinical Study On Curative Effects Of Reflux Esophagitis By "Shuyuxiexintang"

Purpose: Observing the practical effects of "Shuyu Xiexin Decoction" on Reflux Esophagitis and improving situation of endoesophagitis.Method: Choose 60 patients in the Second Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed with Reflux Esophagitis (ganweiyurexing).All the cases are divided into 2 groups at rondom—treatment group and comparison group, 30 for which respectively. The former group is given Shuyuxiexin decoction and the later one is given Omeprazole enteric-coated tablet , which is taken for 20 mg per time, two times per day, and Motilium is taken for 10 mg per time, three times per day. Take 8 weeks as a period, observe symptoms, reexamine gastroscope and pathology after 1 period.Result: 1. Comparison of general effects between the treatment group and comparison group. 10 are completely cured and 5 are partly cured, 12 are successfully affected and 3 is wasted in the former group , of which the general effective rate is 90.00%. In comarison group,the corresponding data is 7,5,13,5 and 83.33%. There isn't obvious difference between the efficiency of the two kinds of methods(P>0.05)—general effects of these two groups are similar and there is no distinctive difference between the treatment group and comparison group. 2.the symptoms improvements in treatment group, such as chest pain, heartburn, acid reflux,appetite receding and acataposis , compared with the comparison group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the symptoms such as belching, gloomy, bitter taste of mouth and dry pharynx are apparently improved compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05). 3. Endoesophagitis effect of these two groups are similar and there is no distinctive difference.Conclusion: (1) Regulating stomach ascending qi and soothing liver regulating stomach have positive effect on Reflux Esophagitis (ganweiyurexing) and can apparently improve the symptom and corporeity.(2) "Shuyu Xiexin Decoction" is configured scientificly and is able to evidengly improve the clinic symptoms,such as chest pain, heartburn,acid reflux,appetite receding, acataposis, belching, gloomy, bitter taste of mouth and dry pharynx, what's more, it can be saftely taken at low cost without any side effects,which is worthy of being wide applied.
