The TCM Type Study About Lead Poisoning Of Children For 303 Cases

Objiective:to analyse lead poisoning of children on the clinical symptoms,signs,tongue fur, a pulse of the TCM sub-type and get the Tcm type,discussion common clinical syndromes, and the incidence of various types of performance characteristics.Methods:random sampling 300 lead poisoning children who attendanced in Xiamen TCM Hospital,Xiamen MCH Hospital,Xiamen NO1.Hospital,to survey homemade-questionnaie, to collect child sexy,age,clinical symptoms,tongue fur,a pulse of the TCM sub-type,then analyse the collectted four diagnostic information,which funded by the professor and Ban Shou-Chinese medicine doctors based on zangfu organs syndrome differentiation from Chinese medicine-pediatrics graduate teaching "TCM Pediatrics",which editor-in-chief is Wang Shouchuan.discussion common clinical syndromes,and the incidence of various types of performance characteristics.Results:collected 303 cases in all,including male 216 cases(71.29%),female 87 cases(28.71 %).Included:①lead poisoning of children from high-TCM to the end are:the wetness heat of liver and gall bladder syndrome 121 cases(39.93%),asymptomatric type 81 cases(26.88%), Shenyin deficiency,motivate wind-liver syndrome 44 cases(14.52%),liver and kidney deficiency syndrome 21 cases(6.88%),Feibi deficiency syndrome 18 case(5.94%) and Deficiency-Cold Zheng of the spleen and stomach syndrome 18 case(5.94%),the most frequent syndrome is he wetness heat of liver and gall bladder syndrome;the highest proportion of men and women are infected by the wetness heat of liver and gall bladder syndrome,the type of card distribution of men and women with no statistical significance(P＞0.05);②children with blood lead levels of TCM:mild lead poisoning(291 cases) TCM from high-frequency to the end are:the wetness heat of liver and gall bladder syndrome (40.89%),asymptomatric type(27.84%),Shenyin deficiency,motivate wind-liver syndrome (13.75%),liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(6.19%),Feibi deficiency syndrome(5.84%) and Deficiency-Cold Zheng of the spleen and stomach syndrome(5.50%),consistent with the TCM-formation by 303 cases lead poisoning of children.Conclusions:1.303 cases lead poisoning of children from high-TCM to the end are:the wetness heat of liver and gall bladder syndrome,asymptomatric type,Shenyin deficiency, motivate wind-liver syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,Feibi deficiency syndrome and Deficiency-Cold Zheng of the spleen and stomach syndrome;including 291 cases mild lead poisoning,so the conclusion indicated the TCM type distribution in mild lead poisoning of children.2.the TCM type distribution in lead poisoning of children has no business with sexy.3.The results revealed the child mild lead poisoning TCM type distribution characteristics for lead TCM provide the basis for flooding.
