Objective:To contrast with the dependablity about craniofacial discrepancy and soft sclerous tissues of the Adult Angle class II1and II2 maloccluslon patients.Study it,s mechanism to provide information for Angle class II maloccluslon patients, treatment .on the other hand,it also can support for Angle class II maloccluslon patients early diagnosis and treatment.Method:All the out-patient clinic case from the Tian Jin medical University affiliated stomatology hospital.The case consisted Angle class II1 maloccluslon patients 60 and II2 maloccluslon patients 60. Male female ratio was1:1, at the average age of 21.5.69 item was selected to measure consisted of 40 hard-tissus analysis values and 29 soft-tissus analysis ones. Finally, cephalometric analysis system was used to analyze. by the WinCeph8.0 .Each measurment and statistic analysis were completed by Excel and SPSS10.0. The statistics analyze were performed by Matlab soft.Result:1 The measurment and statistic analysis result of class II1and II2 maloccluslon:â‘ hard tissue:SNB SND ANB NA-AP FH-NP APDI AB-NP SL SNGo have the significant statistical difference(p<0.05);UI-NA UI-AP U1-NA U1-SN U1-PP LI-NB LI-AP L1-MP L1-NB have the significant statistical difference(p<0.01);Basilar region maxillary bone and orthopterous item have no significant difference.â‘¡soft tissue:ULA'-FH ULNs-FH LLNs-FH Cm-Sn-UL LL-Ns-Pos UL-UIC E-LL have the significant difference(p<0.05).2 The measurment and statistic analysis result about hard tissues of male and female Angle class II1 maloccluslon patients:â‘ haed tissue:SE SN NBa Pg-Go S-Go N-ME CoE-Go'N-ANS LI-AP LI-NB have the significant difference(p<0.05).â‘¡soft tissue:A-Sn UL-UIC have the significant difference(p<0.05); the measurment and statistic analysis result of male and female Angle class II2 maloccluslon patients:Pg-Go N-ANS have the significant difference(p<0.05).3 The measurment and statistic analysis result of male and female Angle class II2 maloccluslon patients :â‘ Haed tissue:Pg-Go N-ANS have the significant difference(p<0.05);The measurment and statistic analysis result of male and female Angle class II2 maloccluslon patients:â‘¡Soft tissue:UL-Ns-Pos UL-UIC LL-LIC have the significant difference(p<0.05)4 The measurment and statistic analysis result about hard tissues and soft tissues of male and female Angle class II1 maloccluslon patients:SN'Sn,SN'B'compared with SNA,SNB,SND,U1-SN had high correlation(r>0.8),compared with Y axis ANS-Me U1-NA L1-MP U1-L1 have low correlation(0.30.8).SN'B'compared with FH-NP (r=0.84).NsPos-FH compared with FH-NP and Y axis had high correlation(r>0.8),compared with ANS-Me had midrange correlation(0.5
