| For the comprehensive development and utilization of rose resources,We have systematically studied in rose polyphenols and polysaccharides material.We establish a simple and practical extraction and purification process to isolate the tannins,pigments and other phenolic substances and polysaccharide from rose.we find that DA201 have higher adsorptive capacity on rose pigment.We have a screening study about the solution of pH, different elution agent(alcohol) concentration and the amount of solvent elution.At last we get the final purified measure.The majory isoelectric point of proteins are 5-6,the pigment components have phenolic hydroxyl group in the rough polysaccharide solution,and the pigment components have negative charge in alkaline conditions,so we can use ion-exchange chromatography to purify rose polysaccharide.This simple steady purified process will have a great cost advantage.To sum up,results of this study are expected to develop comprehensive utilization of rose resources.It can also bring a positive effect on new drug formulations.We set up the quantitative determination of tannin and Polysaccharide to further control their qualities.The process of extraction and purification about rose polyphenols and polysaccharides have simple,practical and economic advantages.We lay a solid theoretical foundation on comprehensive utilization of roses for the future development. |
