| Objective:By contrasting the clinical curative effects and effects of the two therapy on serum Mg2+ of the Migraine Without Aura in Stage of Intervals between Acupuncture plus Auricular-plaster Therapy and modern medicine.Method:Under the random,contrast and single-blind research mehtod,69 cases were involved in this trial and divided randomly into two groups:treatment group(treated with Acupuncture plus Auricular-plaster Therapy) and Contorl group(treated with Nimodipine Tablets orally,40mg one time,3 times a day)for 4 weeks,To observe the following result of the two group before and after treatment.①Clinical Curative Effects②the content of serum Mg2+.Result:①The total Clinical Curative effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%and the one of Contorl group was 63.3%.There were significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).②The observation of serum Mg2+ of the Migraine Without Aura in stage of intervals: There were significant difference between prior-treatment and post-treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Auricular-plaster Therapy is an more effective treatment for the Migraine Without Aura than using Nimodipine Tablets... |
