Clinical Efficacy Of Gushenkangpai Decoction For Proreinnria After Kidney Transplantation

Objectives:To observe the clinical result of Gushenkangpai Decoction in patients with proreinnria after kidney transplantation and the change of serum proreinnria level., Accordingly,reduceing and controlling proteinuria is the criticality To Prevent endogenous creatinine clearance rate drop and enter chronic allograft nephropathy(CAN).The final conduct and actions a satisfactory preparation to therapy proreinnria after kidney transplantation,to extend and utilize,to achieve determinate society and economic returns.Materials and Methods:Diagnosis and depletion standardization:According to the standard in "New Medicine of TCM Treatment Chronic Nephritis Clinical Guiding research principle",61patients with proreinnria after kidney transplantation were divided into treatment group and contrast group at random,treatment group is 31 case and contrast group is also 30 case,Patients of treatment group took the Gushenkangpai decoction one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy;Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy only.Two groups all took 1 month as 1 course of treatment,the course of treatment was three months,before and after treatment based we assayed the Patient's urinary protein,endogenous creatinine clearance rate and correlate index,observed the change of clinical symptoms.Results:The clinical symptoms,urine microalbuminuria/creatatine,24 hour urine proteinuria of the treating group was significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.01),but in the contrast group improvement only showed in some of the projects above(P＜0.05).Endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the treating group significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.05), but in the contrast group not significantly improved after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:(1) The therapeutic effect of Gushenkangpai Decoction add modern medicine conventional therapeutic was much better than that of modern medicine conventional therapeutic.(2) The therapeutic effect of Gushenkangpai Decoction add modern medicine conventional therapeutic can control albuminuria better than constrast group,(3) Gushenkangpai Decoction Can protect the endogenous creatinine clearance rate.
