Study On Inhibitory Effect On Lipase And Fingerprint Of Chinese Traditional Medicine Zihua Diding

Zihua Diding consisting of the whole plant of a number of Viola spp.(family Violaceae) is a good drug commonly used in Chinese traditional medicine.It tastes bitter,hot, and is cold in nature. It is used as an antifebrile and detoxicant agent for the treatment of acute pyogenic infections such as boils,furuncles and carbunclesc.The works in the paper mainly contained following several aspects:Firstly, reseaches on the inhibition of Zihua Diding to the lipaseThe methanol crude extractâ… of Zihua Diding was first obtained. The coarse esculetineâ…¡was obtained through a series of extraction and isolation. The coarse esculetineâ…¡was column chromatographed on silica, thus we got esculetineâ…¢. Last we determined the influence of theâ… ,â…¡,â…¢fraction to the lipase though in vivo experiments.The results demonstrate that Zihua Diding has some inhibition to the lipase.Secondly, study on the HPLC fingerprint of Zihua DidingThe chromatographic fingerprint of Zihua Diding has been set up by HPLC for 10 batches of herbs collected in defferent regions. The method is stable, well repeated and provides scientific indexes.The reseach enriches the study of Zihua Diding plant and provides scientific reference for developing Zihua Diding plant.Thirdly, study on the FTIR fingerprint of Zihua DidingThe chromatographic fingerprint of Zihua Diding has been set up by FTIR for 10 batches of herbs collected in defferent regions. Reseach results indicated that infrared spectroscopy can be used to rapidly measure the Chinese medicinal materials, such as identification of Chinese medicinal materials.
