| Objective: To study the protective effect of hemocoagulase on blood conservation of patients during intracardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods: Thirty parvuses who suffered ventricular septal defect (VSD) were rando- mly divided into hemocoagulase group (n=15) and control group(n=15).The 1KU of hemocoagulase was intravenous injected to central vein from the anesthesia inducti- on to CPB,another 1KU of hemocoagulase was addined priming solution and entered corpore with CPB in the hemocoagulase group, whereas sodium chloride was replac- ed to be injected in the control group. The time of aorta blocking and CPB were mon- itored. We detected Hb,PLT,PT,APTT,D-dimer,GPâ… b and GPâ…¡b/â…¢a before skin incision(T1),at the end of CPB(T2) and 20mins after the neutralization heparin with protamine (T3) respectively, at the same time, we recorded the drainage volume of arcula cordis and mediastinum at 1h,3h,6h after operation respectively. Results: The hemoglobin (Hb) was significantly higher in the hemocoagulase group than that in the control group at T2 and T3 (t=2.276,P=0.030;t=2.059,P=0.048, respe- ctively),The plaelet (PLT) was significantly higher in the hemocoagulase group than that in the control group at T2 and T3(t=2.525,P=0.017;t=2.217,P=0.034, respe- ctively), The PT and APTT were significantly lower in the hemocoagulase group than that in the control group at T3 (t= 0.663,P=0.512;t=1.35, P=0.187,respectively),The D-dimer was significantly lower in the hemocoagulase group than that in the control group at T2 and T3 (t=2.351, P=0.026;t=2.122,P=0.042, respectively),The percentage of GPâ… b was significantly higher in the hemocoagulase group than that in the contr- ol group at T2 and T3 (t=2.12,P=0.04;t=2.439,P=0.021, respectively),whereas the per- centage of GPâ…¡b/â…¢a has no manifest disparity(t=1.190, P=0.244;t=0.948,P=0.351, respectively),the drainage volume of arcula cordis and mediastinum after 1h has no manifest disparity, however after 3h and 6h,the drainage volume of arcula cordis and mediastinum was significantly lower in the hemocoagulase group than that in the con- trol group (t=2.427,P=0.021;t=2.923, P= 0.006,respectively).Conclusions: Hemocoagulase has positive protective effect on blood conservation of patients during intracardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. |
