Objective:To observe the particle Dan Chuan Qi Effects of myocardial damage troponin(cTn-T)investigate the effects of particle Dan Chuan Qi Effect of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in mechanism for the clinical application of theory.Methods:The experimental animal models for in vivo experiments will be selected 40 Wistar rats were divided into five groups:sham group,model,Dan ChuanQi particles low-dose group,Dan Chuan Qi particles high-dose group,Tongxinluo Capsule Group.Were given saline,Dan Chuan Qi Effect of low-dose particles,Dan Chuan Qi Effect of high dose particles,Tongxinluo Capsule for two weeks after the model,in the left anterior descending ligation,reperfusion, mining hepatic portal vein,collecting samples.By chemiluminescence immunoassay detected troponin T concenti'ation and light microscopy observation of cardiac pathological changes.Results:Dan Chuan Qi group compared with the model group troponin T values lower than the latter,the difference between the groups was significant(p<0.01,p<0.05).Dan Chuan Qi Effect of low-dose group and Dan Chuan Qi Effect of high-dose group compared troponin T short-term effect of the numerical no significant difference(p>0.05).Dan Chuan Qi Effect of high-and low-dose group and Tongxinluo group compared with no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:Dan Chuan Qi particles can reduce the content of troponin that Dan Chuan Qi Effects of particles in the acute myocardial reperfusion injury has a protective effect. |
