The Research Of The Effect Of The Method Of Yiqiyangyinhuoxuehuayu On The Expression Of ICAM-1 In Cardiac Muscle Of The Rat Model With Viral Myocardial Disease

Objective: To investigate the effect of the method of yi qi yang yin huo xue hua yu on the rat model of viral myocardial disease by observing the expression of ICAM-1 in cardiac muscle.Methods: Replicated the animal models of the viral myocardial disease with the method of injecting the CVB_3m virus to the peritoneal cavity of the Balb/c rats for 6 times. 210 Balb/c male rats were divided into 4 groups at random: blank group, model group, low dose traditional Chinese medicine group and high dose traditional Chinese medicine group. The blank group has 30 rats. The other three group has 60 rats each. On the 60th day treat the rats of low dose traditional Chinese medicine group and high dose traditional Chinese medicine group with the prescription of yi qi yang yin huo xue hua yu for 4 weeks. Then observe the change of pathomorphology in the cardiac muscle tissue , the rate of death ,the weight change and the cardiac weight index on the 90th day of the experiment. And immunohistochemistry method was used to exam the expression of ICAM-1 in cardiac muscle .Results: The prescription on the base of the method of yi qi yang yin huo xue hua yu can depress the cardiac weight index .And it can reduce the changes of the pathomorphismand and the ultra-structure. Also it can lower the expression of ICAM-1 in cardiac muscle of the rat model with viral myocardial disease.Conclusions:1. The prescription can lower the cardiac weight index .2. The prescription can depress the pathologic lesion of the rats.3. The prescription can reduce the expression of ICAM-1 in cardiac muscle and relieve the damage of inflammatory reaction and autoimmunity in viral myocardial disease.
